Corrado Marcenò is a researcher at the Department of Botany and Zoology, Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic. He has a PhD in Environmental Science and has worked in several departments and research centers in Europe, such as University of the Basque Country (Spain), National Research Council of Palermo (Italy), Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle of Paris (France) and University of Oviedo (Spain). He specializes in storing, management of big databases, vegetation science, biogeography of plant communities and plant conservation biology.
