Long-term botanic monitoring (LTM) plot schema (from EMRC 2006). Distribution and timeline of LTM sampling is mentioned in the 'Methods' (cf. Fig.1 and Table 1). FPC and SPC values were determined along the centre cover transect. Tree diversity and density were determined in sub-plots. Ground- and mid-storey diversity and density were determined in quadrats.
