  1. M2, M10, and M0 showed biomass removal by clipping shoots at heights of 0.02 m, 0.10 m, respectively, once a year in late August since 2003 and no clipping. Values (mean ±1 SE) designated by the same letter (a, b, or c) are not significantly different at P = 0.05 among treatments.
