  1. Differences in the seven indicators following interactive effects of four spraying times, four eutrophication levels (E0, E1, E2, and E3) and three pH levels (7.0, 5.0, and 4.0) were analyzed using a general linear model (GLM), with spraying time, eutrophication, and pH as fixed factors, and the RGR, root activity, or Chl T, or SOD, or CAT, or REC, or MDA as a dependent variable (Additional file 1)
