The simulation starts by setting up the environment and randomly placing salps and krill individuals in the modeled domain. After that, and for each time step, the growth, mortality, immigration, and movement of krill and salps are simulated, updating the environment and calculating the model results. The simulation ends if the predefined amount of years is simulated
