Guillermo J. Martínez Pastur is a Forest Engineer (Universidad Nacional de La Plata), Doctor in Agronomy (Universidad Nacional del Sur), and Senior Research Scientist at CONICET. With over 25 years research experience in forest management, conservation, ecosystem services and landscape ecology, his research focus is on temperate forests in the southernmost native forests of the world. He has authored more than 220 papers and 25 book contributions, and has been associate editor of several journals and special issues related to ecology and landscape ecology.
