Yuanbo Liu is a professor at Nanjing Institute of Geography and Limnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His major research fields include hydrology and quantitative remote sensing. He has a keen interest in studying terrestrial evapotranspiration and multi-scale water cycles. He has (co-)authored over 110 scientific articles and 2 books in hydrology, hydrometeorology, hydroclimatology, and quantitative remote sensing.
